My teacher during elementary used to teach us this technique if you are constipated.
While taking a bowel, rub the following area
1. The point just above your hips ( The most bottom part of your back )
Also try knocking your knees while taking a bowel movement, i have done this advice from my teacher whenever I have constipation, maybe it is just positive thinking but it sure does work.
Natural Remedies:
1. Eat fiber rich foods
- High-fiber foods include beans, fresh fruits, and vegetables such as asparagus, cabbage, and carrots.
